What photos can I use?

You are free to use any photo of your choice. However, please ensure that you have the necessary permissions for any copyrighted images.

What resolution should my photos be?

For optimal results, we recommend using high resolution photos. Higher resolution ensures clearer and sharper custom photo magnets.

Can I edit my photos?

Absolutely! Once your photos are uploaded, our intuitive editing tool allows you to crop, scale, and adjust colors to make your personalised magnets perfect.

Do I have to send a physical photo?

No, there’s no need to send physical photos. Simply upload any digital photo via the product page.

Images from your phone, social media, or camera are ideal for creating stunning, precious, and memorable photo magnets.

What size are the magnets?

Our magnets measure 50x50mm (2x2 inches). This ensures that even intricate details in your photos are vibrant and beautifully displayed.

How strong are the magnets?

Our custom square magnets are designed with strong magnetic bases, providing superior hold compared to traditional vinyl magnets

What surfaces will the magnets stick to?

Our magnets adhere to various surfaces, including:

How do I care for my photo magnets?

To maintain your photo magnets:

Clean them gently with a damp cloth.

Avoid exposure to direct sunlight to keep them looking their best.

Can I change my photos?

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may update your photo within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at Hi@timelessprints.com.au.

Please note that after this timeframe, modifications cannot be accommodated.

What is the status of my order?

Wondering about the status of your order? Once you place it, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email at the email address you provided. As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we’ll send you another email with all the tracking details you need

Need to cancel or modify your order?

If it hasn’t been fulfilled yet, simply email us with your order number and the details of the changes you'd like to make or let us know if you wish to cancel.

Please note, once your order has been fulfilled, we won’t be able to make any changes or cancellations.

Priority Order + Express Shipping: $25.95 (Your order will jump the queue and be shipped as soon as possible.)

New Zealand:

Standard: $12.95 (Free for orders over $100)

Handling Times:

We're just as excited for you to receive your products! Please note that our handling times do not include shipping or delivery periods.

Standard Orders: Due to the customised nature of our products, please allow 3–6 business days for your order to be crafted and dispatched.

Exceptions: Handling times may be slightly longer during promotional events or busy holiday periods.

Priority Orders: For urgent requests, select Priority Order + Express Shipping at checkout. Your order will be prioritised, with a dispatch time of 1–4 business days.

Returns

Can I return or exchange items?

Due to the customised nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that once an order has been fulfilled, refunds cannot be issued

My order has arrived and it’s not what I expected

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Please take photographs of the product and contact us with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • Photographs of the defect

We will carefully assess the issue, and if possible, we will arrange for a replacement to be issued.

Received a wrong product?

If you received a product that differs from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the error.
